At Synmac Pharmaceuticals, we aim to deliver every order safely and on time across Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 working day after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 working days

Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Free delivery will apply only where specifically mentioned.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in serviceable areas across Pakistan. Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Delivery & Address

Please provide a complete address and an active phone number. Delays caused by incorrect details, customer unavailability, or refused parcels are outside our responsibility.

If delivery is unsuccessful after courier attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, contact our support team as soon as possible and keep the original packaging. Photos or videos may be requested for verification.
